Testing and Evaluation Services
We offer a variety of different evaluations depending on your needs. If you are unsure what option would be best for you, we can discuss this in a consultation and we can make recommendations. Note, ADHD screening appointments do not result in a formal diagnosis of ADHD but can be used toward the cost of a Comprehensive appointment.
Comprehensive ADHD/Learning Disorder Assessment
Price Range: 850-1500 depending on specifics needed; LD + ADHD will range closer to 1500
Comprehensive ADHD and Learning Disorder Assessments include a thorough evaluation of your strengths and difficulties through a clinical interview, collecting information from collateral (people who know you), completing in person testing that includes evaluation of your executive functioning, memory, attention, social-emotional assessment, personality, academic testing, and self-report checklists. This process may take 1 to 2 days, about 5-6 hours on average, and follow up information may be done through telehealth. The initial testing will require an in person day in our Gainesville, FL office, averaging 3-4 hours. Once complete, I will put a formal report together that includes any relevant diagnoses and recommendations, and discuss with you in a one hour feedback appointment. We will ask you to complete some paperwork in advance of the first meeting.
ADHD Screening Appointments
Price: 500
ADHD screening appointments are much more brief than comprehensive testing and provide you with some information about if a formal ADHD appointment may be warranted. There are some limits to this service, the first being that these appointments will not result in a formal diagnosis. The benefits to this service include: individuals who are curious about the likelihood of ADHD but do not want a formal diagnosis, or individuals who are interested in comprehensive testing but would like to first see if they are exhibiting many of the common symptoms associated with ADHD. Note: If you attend this appointment, you may use the cost of this appointment toward your total cost of a comprehensive evaluation. These appointments are shorter, and average 2-3 hours, and include a clinical interview, measure of attention, self report measures, and collaterol information. They may be completed completely virtually, in person is optional.
Career Assessments
Price Range: 450 (depending on goals and session frequency)
There are hundreds of occupations that an individual can pursue, and it can be difficult to get a sense of what occupations might be a good for you. Career counseling and assessment might be helpful if you have any questions about 1) what careers might be a good fit for you, 2) why you might be dissatisfied in your career, or 3) why you might be struggling in your workplace. Drawing from career and vocational psychology theories as well as assessments that identify your interests, personality, values, and skills, we will focus on helping you gain a better idea of the type of careers and workplaces that will help you feel most satisfied. to Career counseling is primarily intended to help you gain a better understanding of yourself in relation your vocational identity and goals. We do not provide any services around pursuing that goal, as test prep, resume building, interview skill development, etc. However, we will provide you with resources that will help you with these goals as a part of the report you will be offered.
MCAT/LSAT Accommodations Reports and Testing
Price Ranges: Depending on what documentation you already have and which specific accommodation you are seeking
Accommodations for the LSAT and MCAT require a detailed writeup by a qualified provider (i.e. psychologist, neuropsychologist, etc). Our practice is aware the specific requirements for both and provides the updated testing required for these reports. Fees for service will depend on if you have prior testing versus needing updated testing. MCAT requires comprehensive testing completed within a month of your test date. If you do not have a former ADHD diagnosis, we recommend beginning with a comprehensive ADHD assessment before seeking this option.

Manualized Treatments for Insomnia, PTSD, and Specific Phobia
Cost is based on time: Intakes are 60 minutes at 200
Subsequent 50 minute sessions 180
Prolonged exposure sessions are all 90 minutes at 250$
We have found that therapy can be a wonderful place for building insight and strengths, becoming more in touch with your identities, and understanding how your past and current contexts have played a role in your development. Manualized treatments are a subset of therapy approaches designed and extensively tested to target specific concerns within a set amount of time. As such, manualized treatments are an excellent option when someone has a clear idea of what they would like to work on in therapy and are also interested in a time-limited approach. As such, manualized treatments may not be a good choice for people who are interested in starting long-term therapy. We offer manualized treatments that address concerns around trauma, insomnia, and phobias. The treatments generally last 6-12 sessions, depending on the concern and how quickly you respond to the treatment. While these therapies have robust research demonstrating their efficacy in helping people achieve therapy outcomes, manualized therapies can also be challenging. During the course of the manualized treatment, it is quite normal for symptoms to worsen briefly before they start to improve. However, we will make sure to equip you with the tools and skills needed to manage symptoms that arise and increase your ability to tolerate distress. Additionally, all the manualized treatments we offer have additional activities you will need to complete outside of therapy. If you are not able to make this time commitment, we encourage you to wait until you can make this commitment as the manualized treatments will not be effective if you are not able to complete these activities. Ultimately, the time spent in therapy is very little compared to the life you live outside of therapy. Thus, for any long-term and significant changes it is important that you apply the work you do in therapy in your daily life as well.
Manualized Treatments offered: Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), and Prolonged Exposure (PE)
Please note: We do not prescribe medications or sleep medications (our practice offers therapy and assessments only)

Our practice is private pay- please see the "health insurance" tab for more information on what this means
Assessment for OCD
(children, adolescents, and adults)
Cost: 275 with brief write up; 375 with formal report and recommendations
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) differs in severity and can be treated with a very specific form of therapy known as ERP. It is important for many to understand if the experience they are having is OCD to guide your treatment (and potentially your medication plan). This assessment processes uses the DSM-5 manual to explore diagnostic criteria followed by specific assessments to determine severity and specific subtypes of OCD. We offer the results in two forms: a brief write-up including the diagnosis and referral information, or a formal report with an explanation of the symptoms, the impact, recommendations for treatment, and referral information. There are a variety of ways that OCD can manifest, and this is not always just the typical "hand-washing" you may have seen on TV. Please see our "manualized treatments" section if you would like to learn more about other ways OCD may show up. If you or a loved one spend many hours of a day seeking reassurance about something there is no exact answer for, ruminating about the same topic for hours on end, or feel like you are not in control of your decisions due to intrusive thoughts, this could be due to an obsessive-compulsive disorder. Treatment for OCD, once diagnosed, can be extremely helpful to find relief.
